Wesdar got ISO 9001:2015 certification and BSCI. Quality manual, procedures and work instructions, inspection specification had been established and basically implemented.The factory had the updated machine inventory list, and the main machines included injection molding machine, Laser marking machine, Pad printing machine, High frequency pressing machine, Blister packing machine etc., most of them were well maintained and checked.

For new items, the Sampling Lead Time was about 5 days, Production Lead Time was about 35 days.The monthly production capacity was about 150,000 pieces of power bank, 40,000 pieces of laptop cooling pad and 60,000 pieces of bluetooth speaker.Main processes were injection molding, pad printing, laser marking, soldering, assembly & packing. Painting process was subcontracted.Generally, Wesdar`s capability & capacity and management ability was the general level of similar industrials and could meet the requirements to produce such as Sam`s Mexico.The factory management was cooperative and had good will and attitude for continuous improvement.

All QC staffs in the factory were independent from production departments, and those QC staffs were well trained and could handle their own responsibility.Wesdar factory could perform many in house tests, such as hi-pot test, drop test, strain relief test, salt spray test, aging test, torque test, etc., for more tests, the factory would subcontract to the 3rd party labs.
